Global Account Agent
As a Global Account Agent, you will be responsible for the administrative support provided to the global customers.
You are the single point of contact for the Headquarters of our global customers.
You take care of all administrative questions. Either you will provide a direct answer to the customer or you will contact one of the back office departments.
You will follow up the invoices sent out the customer and provide additional information to the customer in case the invoiced items are unclear.
You will be part on an international team and report to the team leader of the Global Service Desk.
First experience in a Customer Service environment
Language: Dutch & French: fluent English speaking and writing.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Able to work in an international environment with colleagues from different European countries.
Available during 3 or 4 months
Temporary contract for a few months.
