Assistant Administratif – Invoicing Administrator

De functie

  • Encoding new purchase requests and purchase orders in SAP.
  • Keeping information up to date
  • Pro-actively follow up on status with suppliers, contact them in case of missing information, delivery status, …
  • Being the first point of contact for suppliers and colleagues
  • Provide administrative support to the team.

Het profiel

  • You are fluent in French and English and you have a good knowledge of Dutch
  • You have a first experience in an administrative function.
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office, specifically of Excel. Experience as SAP basic user (data entry, making reports or other ERP system is a definite plus.
  • You are proactive, can work autonomous, assertive and have attention to detail.
