Assistant Administratif – Invoicing Administrator
- Encoding new purchase requests and purchase orders in SAP.
- Keeping information up to date
- Pro-actively follow up on status with suppliers, contact them in case of missing information, delivery status, …
- Being the first point of contact for suppliers and colleagues
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- You are fluent in French and English and you have a good knowledge of Dutch
- You have a first experience in an administrative function.
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office, specifically of Excel. Experience as SAP basic user (data entry, making reports or other ERP system is a definite plus.
- You are proactive, can work autonomous, assertive and have attention to detail.
- A temporary contract (6 months) with possibility to permanent employment contract
