Customer Care Agent

De functie

  • You treat all inbound 1st line technical or administrative support requests (by phone, e-mail, ticketing), such as:

– Assist new merchants in set-up of their account, both technically and administratively
– Provide additional information about products, offers and technical solutions
– Investigate ongoing or new incoming incidents

  • You participate actively in projects with close interactions with other departments and management
  • You ensure continuity of our merchant business by responding quickly and taking correct measures in your day-to-day tasks

Het profiel

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
  • You have a basic knowledge of/strong interest in the technical aspects related to websites and e-commerce platforms (e.g. webdesign, source coding, data security)
  • You are able to translate technical concepts into a language that is understandable to laymen
  • You are solution-oriented and take up end responsibility towards our customers
  • You have a very good knowledge of English and Dutch/French
  • 1-3 years of experience is a plus
  • You are a team player
